1) Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and stock validation.
- Dispatch days: Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Made-to-order / special varieties may require extra lead time; you’ll be notified before billing.
2) Domestic Shipping (India)
- Partners: Reputed surface and air couriers / transporters.
- Indicative delivery: 2–7 business days post-dispatch, depending on pin code.
- Remote locations may take longer or require pickup from the nearest transport hub.
3) International Shipping (Export Overseas)
- Available to select countries subject to local regulations and import permits.
- Incoterms®: Default is FOB/CIF/DAP as agreed on proforma invoice (PI). Risk and cost transfer as per agreed Incoterm.
- Transit times vary by destination and mode (air/sea/express). ETAs will be shared at booking.
- Palletization, fumigation, and phytosanitary treatment available on request at additional cost.
4) Documentation (Exports)
- Provided (where applicable): Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, UCN/HS codes.
- Buyer must share: Importer details, import license/permit, any destination-specific declarations.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Domestic: GST included/excluded as shown at checkout/invoice.
- International: All destination customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, quarantine charges, or storage are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated on the PI.
- Delays due to customs inspection are outside our control.
6) Delivery, Receipt & Inspection
- Please inspect packages on delivery. Note any shortage, tampering, or damage on the POD/waybill and capture photos/videos.
- Report transit issues within 48 hours of delivery with evidence for carrier claim initiation.
- For sea/air cargo, arrange survey if damage is visible; keep packaging for assessment.
7) Tracking
- Tracking details are shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
- Bulk/LTL shipments may have milestone-based updates instead of live tracking.
8) Address Changes & Missed Delivery
- Address changes are possible before dispatch only.
- Re-delivery/forwarding charges (if any) are borne by the buyer.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes where courier restrictions apply.
9) Shipping Restrictions
- Shipments must comply with destination seed import regulations, biosecurity rules, and prohibited variety lists.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders where regulatory compliance is uncertain.
10) Temperature, Handling & Storage
- Seeds are dispatched in standard packaging. If controlled conditions are required, request insulated/temperature-aware packing at extra cost.
- Buyer must store seeds as per label guidance upon receipt.
11) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, port congestion, epidemics, war, regulatory holds).
12) Returns & Claims Reminder
For returns, cancellations, or refunds, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Performance claims related to weather, soil, water, or agronomic practices are excluded.
