1. Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
- Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• If the product is damaged during delivery.
• If the wrong product or seed variety was delivered.
• If the order was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. No Guarantee on Crop Performance

While our seeds are tested for quality and purity, Bajwa Seeds Industries is not responsible for crop failure due to climatic conditions, soil health, water management, or improper agricultural practices.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Seeds that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
• Performance-related claims beyond our control.
